"Best" high school counselors rank KU 12th in nation

Ask counselors at the best high schools in the country about premier colleges and KU is near the top on their lists, according to a new survey. KU ranks 12th in the nation among public universities in the U.S. News and World Report's "Best Colleges: High School Counselor Rankings of National Universities." Counselors from high schools on U.S. News' Best High Schools list were asked to rank colleges and universities based on a survey of academic reputation.
